Reflection on our

Digital ECHORM launch

With a turnout of over 60 attendees from several countries and an outstanding lineup of speakers, including Tanja Stamm and Jan Hazelzet as representatives from ECHORM’s advisory board, the online launch event of ECHORM was a great succes. There was a wide variety in backgrounds of attendees, such as medicine, pharmacy, public health research, epidemiology, psychology and many more.

During the live voting, most attendees indicated to be interested in the following ECHORM activities: networking/in person meetings, workshops, and journal clubs. Also research collaboration opportunities were often mentioned. Top 3 topics of interest in the field are: implementation of patient outcomes in clinical practice, digital PROM tools, and patient centered care.

The virtual launch finished with an overview of our next activities, of which one is already soon, being our upcoming journal club.
